• Managed the revenue accrual process; including the calculation of collection rates and payer fee schedule maintenance • Prepared ad hoc reports in support of the clinical departments • Produced GE/IDX DBMS reports to create an accounts receivable and collection rate reporting package • Assisted clinic practice management with questions regarding collection rates and contract parameters • Served as a liaison with vendor; specialized knowledge of the Anodyne reporting tool
