• Documented and created policies and procedures to support the accrual of $150 million in annual revenue • Developed a standard set of physician productivity and practice management reports in conjunction with physician leadership • Advised and educated practice leadership on the revenue accrual process • Served as project manager for the implementation of a physician reimbursement verification system • Recommended the fee schedule methodology to clinic and senior leadership • Assigned fees to CPT codes based on standard procedures; worked within the GE/IDX fee schedule • Analyzed financial statements to determine the accuracy of the accrual calculations • Supervised and managed a team of analysts
