Daily Duties at Thermotech:

My main responsibilities were to support and provide technical support to the manufacturing platform in the following ways: -Analyze and perform improvements on problematic molds and processes to increase profits. -Provide systemic improvements for manufacturing such as develop new procedures and processes to satisfy TS requirements to remedy recurring problems. -Review process capability and margins via the ERP system as compared to quoted figures and make improvements where needed. Also apply standard engineering techniques to solve problems. I.e. 5-why, 8D and other root cause analysis. -Research new equipment and technologies that would improve productivity and profits. -Implement and qualify new equipment and technologies. -Work closely with production to accommodate training needs and any other technical support. -Provide technical solutions to design and manufacturing issues. -Provide reports and analysis for improvement projects.
