Developed object-oriented cost estimation spreadsheets which provided means for the creation of an accurate costs database and reduced proposal time delivery by at least 50%. Directed meetings to assemble multidisciplinary team that collaborated in the creation of each proposal and that provided approvals on Margins, Incoterms and Tax guidelines used. Created and compiled quotes for the services related to equipments, based on variable margin guidelines provided by each profit center. Constructed object-oriented SOWs including installation, integration, maintenance and technical support tied to equipment.
