Compensation Coordinator III • Administered the payment of more than 25 types of agent performance bonuses. • Communicated with field agents, sales managers, home office management, and legal personnel to resolve base payment and bonus issues and agreements. • Developed reporting for payments, coordinated payments with systems and payroll, and participated in writing business requirements for updating bonus systems and automated processes. • Maintained detailed and accurate payment/deduction records. • Provided training and documentation of procedures to payroll area. • Received “Best of Service Award,” “Performance Recognition Award,” and “Volunteer of the Month” in 1999.
