Daily Duties at Colonial Life:
Business Financial Analyst • Negotiated and set sales and recruiting goals for field managers based on company goals and prior year sales performance. • Communicated with field agents and sales managers to resolve financing payment and repayment methods based on agreed upon sales requirements. • Developed periodic reporting and analysis to estimate impact of commission rates and incentives on annualized sales premium returns. • Monitored effects of sales from new recruits on total premium results and implemented tier program of new recruit sales as measuring stick.
