Daily Duties at Colonial Life:
Programmer Analyst I • Responsible for development of windows and web applications utilizing web technologies such as SCSF & WCSF guidance packages. • Use of SQL Server language to perform security updates, inserts, and deletions to various database tables. • Knowledge of C# language and ASP.Net environment via text and web resources, including tutorials. • Implemented multiple applications into development, acceptance and productions environments. o Secure File Transfer Web Application - for secured delivery of sensitive material between all company stakeholders. o Security Maintenance Windows Application - for maintaining our security database system. o Customer Self-Service Web Application - for secured access to sensitive information such as claims, policy information, compensation and sales for all company stakeholders. o Track an App – for external and internal customers to track status of policy applications. • Conferred with supervisor and representatives of departments concerned with program to resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls. • Analyzed workflow charts and diagrams, applying knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic. • Absolute fluency in handling computer aided office tools and development (coding) tools.
