Daily Duties at Brooks Consulting:

Senior Consultant responsible for facilitating a system for managing that provided an integrated set of tools, techniques, and behaviors so that a well run business operation can better achieve sustainable results. The basic process consisted of forecasting, planning, execution, follow-up, integrated reporting across the entire organization, and continuous improvement activities. Utilizing Project Management Principles, the Microsoft Office Suite especially Project and Excel) was employed to implement new and revised business processes and organizational changes (throughout a network of over 53 major locations. Responsibilities also included serving as the business/technical/training liaison among the Client’s Management and End-Users at three local sites within the Southwestern Division.
