Associate whose primary responsibilities consisted of assessing the operational functionality of the organization’s General, Administration, and Work Force Strategy departments. Activities included development of organizational enterprise maps and conducting sequence interviews and management operating system audits. Other activities included analysis of company financials, span of control, levels of authority, performance criteria, and business processes. Ultimately, the major responsibilities were comprised of the development and validation of business cases and overall management of project planning and communication.
