Daily Duties at Cohesive Information Solutions, Inc.:

Most recent activities entailed providing Project Management administrative services and the documentation of business processes (Oil and Gas) mapping to the Maximo® Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) application for Asset Management and Supply Chain Management. Previously, served as the co-Project Manager responsible for the creation and delivery of Training and Development curriculums for over 10,000 End-Users who will be utilizing the Maximo® EAM application throughout a major Public Utility enterprise. Other responsibilities consisted of overall Project Management activities, especially in the areas of capturing Business and Technical Requirements (which were based upon Business Process Analysis and Solution Configuration Workshops) and communicating the benefits of utilizing mobile solutions, such as Syclo Mobile Computing Solutions. Activities also included MAXIMO® EAM Application Suite configuration, documentation and validation of revised Business Processes, and designing and implementing MAXIMO® “On-line Help” functionality. Additional responsibilities included the development of Training Course curriculums and delivery of End-User education prior to project “Go-Live” for a local Public Utility company.
