Daily Duties at Cox Communications:
Oversee 10 sales units of inbound sales representatives to ensure maximization of every call to provide customers with all services provided by the organization. Daily quality sessions with supervisors to make sure scripts and quality expectations were followed. Monitored that payroll was completed on a weekly basis by each one of the supervisors. Review sales target daily with my report analyst to ensure we were on target for the month quarter and the year. Partner with vendors such as STARZ, HBO, and SHOWTIME to leverage their incentives to get results for both their business and Cox Communications.
