Responsible for recruitment, interviews, sourcing, and supervision of six independent contractors with the delivery of more than 94,000 papers daily, six part-time employees, and a warehouse facility. Managed and developed $1.5 million budget, which includes employees, contractor, negotiated delivery fees, and warehouse operations. Oversaw day-to-day operation and overall inventory of the warehouses facility. Applied keen observation skills in monitoring and sustaining optimum level of performance with all the respective advertiser and subscribers.
