3-year performance appraisal: Second most productive/valuable employee in the department. o Evaluated presentations to assist with expert knowledge  Trained 10 bilingual loan officers to create product value and handle objections  Offered advice in identifying and articulating financing options, amortization concepts, LTV, legalities and all requirements for Spanish-speaking borrowers to make educated decisions o Provided customer intervention/resolution tactics and strategies to managers to exceed customer needs and help retain accounts  Supervised, advised and instructed over 80 loan officers to accurately and confidently position, sell and lock FHA, VA, Conforming and Nonconforming Conventional, Home Equity Loan and Line of Credit applications electronically  Assessed the presentation accuracy in quoting rates, closing costs and discussing legalities and credit reports with Bank of America customers. Monitoring helped eliminate and identify at least 30 user mistakes and countless omissions in a one-month period o Assisted with the hiring process of bilingual loan officers
