Daily Duties at Oceanmark Financial Corp.:
Managed the daily operations of a major mortgage lender. Responsible for the oversight of the set-up, underwriting, processing and closing departments. Established the S.O.S. department (sales and operational support) which served as a liaison between sales and operations, handling all concerns from the mortgage broker/customer and/or sales executive. Selected Achievements: • Reported to the Chief Operating Officer on a daily basis as to the progress and state of the company. Developed streamlined processes and internal incentives to maximize productivity output in all departments. • Worked with department managers to hire, train and develop new employees while maintaining a positive team working environment. • Developed and maintained reports that were delivered to all senior level executives at both Oceanmark Financial and our parent company, Southern Pacific Funding Group.
