Daily Duties at M. I. Inc:
Oversee all business development functions, including market feasibility studies and research to determine the need for various strategic alliances. Work closely with IT department to develop strategies that would benefit our franchise owners while providing our partners with new opportunities. Responsible for key account management, customer relationship development, contract negotiations, and the management of all new initiative rollouts. Selected Achievements: • Instrumental in the high level negotiation and implementation of Strategic Alliances with Bank of America Home Loans and Liberty Mutual Insurance as well as the development of relationships with executive decision makers of other nationally known companies. • Acted as the corporate liaison between RRS and its alliance partners fulfilling all requirements in order to maintain stable and profitable relationships. • Consistently developed strong, sustainable relationships with CEO’s of RE/MAX Real Estate Franchises in a 5 state footprint.
