Daily Duties at Royal Johnson Consulting:
Report directly to Senior Partner. Responsible for design and development of Lean/Six Sigma training and delivery; coach clients in the use of analytical tools, providing methodology implementation support to improve business processes. Responsible for P&L responsibilities for all consulting contracts and participate in general fiscal budges. Accountable for competition for all consulting projects-on time line and budget. Responsible for selling to new clients and Acted as a key driver of change to focus on business performance, improve customer satisfaction and increase market share through the use of business management and improvement methodologies. Manage and hired, training and recurred technical and non-technical reports.
