Daily Duties at Development:
Project Lead 1998 – 2001 Project Leader for delivery of a Unified Messaging application. Coordination of development and testing activities with an external development partner in Seattle WA, as well as internal development groups in Germany. Final selection of external partner to further enhance development of UM portfolio. * Drove development of Unified Messaging product, concluded by market introduction. * Ensured global feature competitiveness of UM product line. * Aligned feature demands of different local markets into one common global product. Development Manager 1996 – 1998 Development Manager for Level 3 PBX Product Support with specific responsibilities for patch package development and software release. * Decreased release time of sustaining patch packages. * Motivated and inspired the team to develop, integrate and introduce new tools for data optimization and content minimization for delivery.
