Responsible for all aspects of internal personnel and customer learning for Sourcecode worldwide. Developed a basic strategy for product training design and development and worked with regional training managers in support of deployment strategies. Primarily worked with software developers in creating the basic and advanced content related to product features and functions for use with Sourcecode field personnel and customers.
