Daily Duties at Development:

Development Lead 2002 – 2004 Development Lead for installation, configuration management and build process of Siemens first generation Unified Communication application, based on Microsoft LCS infrastructure. Coordination of software component integration between different development groups in the US, Germany and UK. Coordination of initial startup of new development builds. Field trial support and coordination for all major releases and regions. * Successfully brought different cross departmental and geographical separated development teams together. * Led these different teams to successful completion of the common goals. * Demonstrated ability to identify problems and drive resolutions. * Ensured software released on time, schedule and budget. Development Manager 2001 – 2002 Development Manager for installation, configuration management, build process and startup for Siemens initial Voice over IP switching platform. Coordination of development activities between sites in Germany and the UK. * Demonstrated the ability to managed engineering resources to release products on time and within budget. * Successfully coordinated all activities between the different development sites.
