Product Manager for deployment of a Unified Communication application at Telstra in Australia. Introduction of a new, innovative UC product for the carrier market. Support to the local account team for customer pre-sales activities and contract negotiations. Aligning of local implementation activities and global coordination of required product enhancements to ensure successful solution deployment. * Demonstrated ability to think strategically. * Identified show stoppers and drove them to resolution. * Led discussions with customer to resolve any type issue. * Successful sales, deployment and launch of hosted Unified Communication solution at Telstra.
