Daily Duties at Product Management:
Product Manager for hosted Unified Communication Solutions. Responsible for definition of UC Solutions as a Software Service (SaaS) and driving market introductions. Creation of new pricing models to accommodate Service Provider market needs. Working with early adopter Service Providers to promote sales of UC solutions. * Aligned capabilities of separate products that composed the Unified Communication Solution to meet common goals. * Initiated and supervised the initial marketing campaign to ensure successful market introduction of the Unified Communication Solution to Service Providers. * Ensured the successful sale of hosted UC solution to Service Providers and the deployment of service to their customer base. Working with OEM partners to enhance their communication products with Unified Communication compatibility. Integrate open architecture services (SOA) and software development kits (SDK) into the partner’s product line. Coordination of activities between different partner sites in the US, Europe & Israel. Identifying and deploying initial beta trials with the partner. * Aligned internal product goals with OEM partner expectation. * Successfully enabled OEM partner development teams to implement and integrate SOA services and SDK into their product lines.
