Daily Duties at Kpmg:

Assisted users with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop and laptop computers, peripheral equipment and software. Responsible for maintaining a network infrastructure, consulting with users to determine needs and troubleshoot issues, configured and maintained printers on a 500 node network. Planned and executed network maintenance activities as well as proactively monitoring the KPMG infrastructure to detect and resolve problems and ensure uninterrupted operations of the network.
