Daily Duties at Southern Company Services:
Training Coordinator for the Dispatch Center. Helped create a handbook for all incoming new dispatchers. Worked all shifts to gain the knowledge necessary to train for those shifts. Client Service Specialist. Preformed desktop support as was as Analyses for various groups within the Alabama Power building. Also responsible for the Strom Center in a support role when activated
