Directed investigation, management and resolution of high exposure and catastrophic Workers Compensation claims. Provided expert guidance to National Markets branch offices. Case load averaged 625. Ensured reserves were sufficient. Authorized and facilitated settlements up to several million dollars. Visited filed offices to provide advanced training and consultation. Several special projects to improve our claims efficiency.
