Vice President and Company Director START UP • Recruited by company board to lead startup operations for $40M company that included developing news, sales, marketing, corp communications and business plans; and hiring, coordinating, and supervising a 55-member fulltime staff recruited internationally • Completed New York City office and production facility build-out 3 months ahead of schedule and $200,000 under budget • Served as executive-in-charge of all television news, education and corporate media programming • Oversaw all eastern U.S. operations as well as international offices of the Company, responsible for $25M budget for three locations Result: Assisted with merger and buyout by lead venture capitalist, BRIT Investments of London.
