Daily Duties at Fiserv:

Handled all activities in Accounts Payable. Responsible for providing financial ,administrative, and clerical service. Responsible for preparing and monitoring payment system. Ensure that municipal finances are accurate and up to date and the vendors are paid with in established time limits. Manage and maintain weekly check run and prepare vendor checks for mailing. Maintain updated vendor files. Responsible for maintaining bank accounts. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals. Process check requests and audit and process vendor payments. Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wires, and ACH payments. Assist with other projects when needed. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. Vendor file maintenance. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Assist in month end closing.
