Daily Duties at Boston Equities E S3, Special Stone Surfaces:
Responsible for detailed strategic analysis of new venture companies for merchant banking firm. Upon funding of a Boston Equities early stage company, eS3 Special Stone Surfaces, I was responsible for the management of eS3 business and marketing operations. Tasks included development of the business/marketing and manufacturing plans, execution of the strategic marketing plan which included the production of all marketing collateral, spec sheets, brochures, web site and trade show participation. Secondary responsibilities included developing business partners and associations, along with negotiating and contracting all business related deals. Supervised and managed daily eS3 business operations including staff hiring/management, budget management, profit and loss, and project management.
