Start up company that contracted with Condominium management companies for insurance and maintnance work. With 10 employees I contacted site managers around Maryland to bid on work that they where responcable for. After being the successful bidder I would manage the work to be done also I managed the administrative staff of my office to perform all tasks related to insurance, tax responcabilities, invoiceing, payroll and accounting.
