Daily Duties at The Dubin Company:

Manage several residential and commercial projects. Monitor all employees for feild operations and manage land development for upcoming projects. I conducted meetings with in house sales staff and construction personel weekly. I also supervised new product development, material purchasing, sub contractor negotiations, permit processing, bank draws, customer relations and reported directly to the developer.
