Daily Duties at The Dubin Company:

Monitor all homes under construction to ensure quality was being performed by the tades man on the jobsite. Organize and schedule material deliveries and schedule contractors by creating a critical path schedule and tracking the daily progress. Meet inspectors for all inspections and create punch lists for the minor quality infractions. Walk new home owners through there new homes for delivery and complete all customer service that was required.
