Daily Duties at Wal Mart:
Worked closely with store management on daily/monthly goals and initiatives. Supervised and directed cashiers, prepared work schedules, and conducted cashier evaluations for pay increases. Accounted for cash drawer of $10K each business day, disbursed change allotment to all staff, and ensured optimum checkout efficiency as per Wal-Mart protocol and procedures. Responded to customer requests for price checks and resolved other issues/concerns.
