Daily Duties at Advanced Eye Care:

Manage and direct staff of 15 and provide operational oversight for all facets of business, patient relations, and customer service. Record, process, and maintain daily deposits and accounts receivables, as well as totals/averages on spreadsheet. Prepare and generate detailed and accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports. Verify variety of insurance plans and programs for all types of vision and medical coverage. Print and disburse weekly statements to patients, post payments from insurance checks, and disburse Vision Service Plan Insurance Claims. Recruit, interview, hire, and train additional staff as required to meet needs of business. Enforce policies and procedures, create work schedules, and apply performance measurement standards. Process payroll and employee time clock data and maintain all employee/business records. Respond to and resolve any customer issues or concerns, analyze and correct billing errors, and ensure a smooth, efficient medical office operation. Plan, organize, and conduct weekly staff meetings and other meetings as required with marketing team and business clients.
