Daily Duties at Modis Solutions:

Head of a solutions practice responsible for implementation and modification of business application software for U.S. and Canadian clients utilizing IBM iSeries (AS/400), client/server, and mainframe platforms. The practice provided services on application packages such as SAP, Oracle, Daly.commerce, Manhattan Associates, JD Edwards, MAPICS and American Software. Software applications included ERP, warehouse management, manufacturing (including Lean/JIT/Discrete Manufacturing), DRP, inventory management, and supply chain management. Managed day-to-day responsibilities for a cross-functional department and grew the staff of 5 to more than 125 in order to provide consulting services at 80+ client sites in the U.S. and Canada. Developed and mentored staff and held P&L responsibility for growing the practice.Cultivated new business from both new and existing clients. Met or exceeded a personal sales quota and revenue objective by an average of 25% each year. Oversaw development of custom business application development projects. Developed, implemented project plans and budgets for multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring projects were completed within scope, on time and within budget.
