Managed district sales operations and developed sales plans to advance revenue objectives, initially leading territory in Wisconsin and later transitioning to 4-county area within Northwest Phoenix. Conducted sales and leadership meetings to educate field sales on planning, growth strategies, prospecting, and product knowledge. Presented at statewide conventions.
