Daily Duties at Boeing:
Provide leadership to the security engineering staff for all engineering change packages where the operation and test systems would be impacted as focal point of program for Security Engineering department issues that may effect Missile Defense operational and test systems. - PP&S Management representation at all Engineering Boards - - (Configuration Change Board (CCB) , Engineering Review Board (ERB), Schedule Review Board (SRB), Limitations, & Risk board. - Lead Security Engineer team review of all L2 CCB change packages which effect program’s Operational, IT and IS covering multi-location facilities, Operational and test systems involving computer networks, communications links, voice and data networks, and overall systems infrastructure where Information Assurance and Facility Security is mandatory. Serves as Central Point of Contact for all Security issues of program. - Directing technical and administrative activities on a major support contract providing, engineering and outreach services for government customers. - Providing effective and timely customer communications to ensure all performance metrics are met on time. - Direct the integration of a team that includes quality assurance, contract business functions, and procurement. - Work with front-end team organizations; subcontractor management, and corporate interface for obtaining on-demand resources; and overview of contract work activities’ schedule, cost, and quality of services and in-process and completed products. - Provide leadership in control of funds and resources, and demonstrated capability in managing multitask contracts. - Obtain, allocate, and prioritize resources for simultaneous activities or projects. - Provide support for federal regulations pertaining to Government contract activity including cost estimating and reporting, property management, procurement and subcontracting, and labor practices.
