Supervisor of adults with developmental disabilities in a Sheltered Workshop. I prepared yearly Individual Support Plans for each client, completion of daily documentation of Work Goals, Behavior Plans, and Active Treatment Plans. I communicated with the Support Coordinators, Social Workers, Group homes, and parents. Certification with the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities. (Certified with the Ohio School System.) I attended seminars/in-services and college courses to maintain my certification with the Ohio School System.
