Daily Duties at Goodwill Industries Suncoast, Inc. :
I assisted individuals with developmental disabilities. Implementation of Educational Programs, and Job coaching/training. My daily duties-training one-on-one with individuals to reach their IEP goals. I would modify IEP Plans as needed to meet the individual’s needs. The completion of daily documentation, and communication with co-workers to improve the individual’s quality of life. I was a liaison to my clients, their families, staff and government agencies.
