Daily Duties at Savannah Court Of Lake Wales:

 Interview/termination, training new hires. Maintain employee records -annual evaluations, Disciplinary reports, employee’s vacation/sick, and PTO records, including Worker Compensation, and FMLA, enrollment of insurance, maintaining employees certification required by the state of Florida, and monthly staff schedule, monthly staff training on HIV, Elopement Policy, HIPAA, Abuse and Neglect, Resident Care, and Company Rules/Policies.  Payroll, accounts receivable, Resident Rent Roll, Implementation/management of the budget for all Departments, review/approval of all Departments purchase orders.  New admissions, completion of all required documentation by the State of Florida, contract renewals. Review/maintain Resident Functional Evaluations -Levels of care.  Completion of weekly/monthly Community reports. Update/review Admission/Discharge changes, rate changes, level of care increases. I maintain 100% occupancy for the year 2007 thru 2008. I have excellent Marketing Skills which provided the community with occupancy growth.
