 Principal Executive of the Haines City Community, Director of the community operations: finance, Food & Beverage Services, Maintenance, Marketing, Resident Care Services and Resident Activities.  Hiring/Discharge and Training Employees- maintain training required by the state of Florida.  Annual Evaluations, Disciplinary Reports, maintain records of Workers Compensation, FLMA, enrollment of insurance.  Review Bi-Weekly Payroll, review all financials in all Departments, Maintain Resident Rent Roll, approval of all Departments purchase requests, maintain below P & L budgeted guidelines.  New Admissions/Discharge of Resident, Contract renewals, Functional Service Care Plan Evaluation for new Admission-then every three months to ensure the highest level of care.  The Completion of Marketing Report-You’ve Got Leads, Weekly Community Reports, Monthly Budget Report, and Daily Occupancy Report. I provided a strong leadership with the ability to provide excellent Services and Support for the Residents at Savannah Court of Haines City. I am a liaison to our residents, and their families, staff and government agencies.
