• Directed and trained national sales staff and helped engineer 18-24% sales growth. Customers included: Newell-Rubbermaid, CAMACO, Plastiform-Spotless, AllSteel, MacLean Power, Wilbert Vault • Product manager for West Haven Buckle, specialty gasket and vertical adjustment mechanism product groups; responsibilities included promotion, sales, product mix, supplier and production issues, established budgets, trained staff and increased return on investment and profitability • Developed and facilitated training for customer relations staff, shipping and receiving department • Instrumental in QS9000/ISO9002 quality system implementation and training • Collaborated with human resources to bring ESL classes to production personnel
