Developed and managed Michigan, Ohio and Indiana territory by driving sales through multiple outlets, including direct sales, channel partners and OEM alliances. Collaborated with internal teams and OEM’s to assure that customer and end user needs were met and exceeded. Proactively managed accounts to identify any new customer needs, changing requirements or potential problems and resolved any issues expediently. Notable Accomplishments • 2004 Global Salesperson of the Year • Presidents Club – 172% quota achievement • Consistently ranked in top 5% of Territory Managers companywide • Developed new VAR’s and increased channel presence by 250% in Michigan Region • Consistently averaged 15 new accounts per quarter
