* Advisory support of clients * Assessment of law firm technology needs and recommendations for future growth *Design and delivery of focused application solutions for the legal industry *Implementation and support of technology solutions for the legal industry *Project management and leadership of Interwoven document management solutions, network replacements and installation of new networks *Assessment and review of work flow projects *Design and implementation of Rafte helpdesk for support of client user calls *Responsible for schedule management of Rafte technology resources *Implementation and support of following products: o RightFax, Interwoven Document Management System, Microsoft SQL 6-2007, Netware 3.x-5.x, Novell Groupwise 4.x-5.x, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange 5.5-2007, Windows 2000/2003 Server, Windows NT Server and/or Workstation, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Corel Suite, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, and several legal applications over the phone or on site.
