Daily Duties at Experian:
Manage a team of 24 Data Analysts that were responsible for acquiring, analyzing and processing Consumer Credit Data. Provide guidance and support to team members to resolve client and system issues. Identified training needs of the staff and coordinated training efforts. Selected accomplishments: • Responsible for 32 Bureau Affiliates in addition to the 24 Data Analysts. • Organized all aspects of the yearly Bureau Conference: o Notification to all Bureaus with details o Determined location, time, and speakers. o Managed attendee list, documented daily objectives o Engaged appropriate assistance for other tasks. • Lead Data-to-File and Re-engineering Initiatives with a focus on implementing creative solutions to improve daily processes for internal and external Clients. • Ensure quality, cost, schedule and inventory goals are achieved consistent with the overall business plan. • Document and maintain updates for the departmental policies and procedures manual.
