Daily Duties at Experian:
150 Strategic Clients were reporting accurately (i.e. meeting FCRA requirements), transmitting data timely, data research for internal/external client base and report any anomalies or suggestions for improvements to the appropriate individuals. In addition to performing project leadership and delivery, managed 24/7 support services, strategic partnerships, and conducted end-to-end testing. Chaired all project meetings and provided regular project progress and milestone reporting. Selected accomplishments: • Consultative Liaison between Information Technology, Software Development, Sales and Marketing. • Prioritized efforts to improve overall data quality of the Public Record and Credit databases. • Apply a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovativeness in solving problems of unusual complexity. • Redefined the Project Management procedures into a successful collaborative effort between Development and Data Management to ensure appropriate focus on system enhancements, fixes and prioritization were met to achieve department goals. • Created the Technical Support Team to troubleshoot system and internal applications and provide resolutions within 24 hours. • Provided a monthly status report that included metrics and other illustrations required for management review to be delivered to corporate management. • Effectively manage and mitigate transition issues/risks and provide clear guidance and documentation on major matters pertaining to policies, plans and objectives. • Recorded updates to maintain the departmental Policies and Procedures Manual.
