Daily Duties at Experian:

Led efforts internally to analyze and formulate recommendations based on credit data and system constraints. Determined the degree of risk involved when implementing software upgrades and assigning appropriate security levels. Provided consultation to resolve Software Development’s system impact, user application and credit research requests. Conferred with multiple business units and management levels to coordinate, discuss or implement applicable resource changes. Selected accomplishments: • Responsibility for analysis of job processing flow through various relational databases to ensure 24x7 system availability, reliability and scalability as well, as present improvement recommendations to management. • Ensured error free implementations and minimal downtime of application upgrades which required collaboration with the Users, Management and Software Development to meet the quarterly defined timeline. • Diagnosed system and data reporting anomalies, internal and external data research and internal application issues with a 24 hour resolution time. • Security Administrator to ensure company policies applied appropriately for the department’s US and Chile employees. • Project Manager for assigned projects to lead the activities to achieve a successful completion for all infrastructure enhancements. • Compiled a monthly status report that included metrics and other illustrations required for management review. • Delivered detailed business requirements and procedural documentation in support of project. • Presented the proposal for a more secured method of receiving client data via automation. Assisted with this project of converting physical media to transmissions within a year timeline. • Effectively manage and mitigate transition issues/risks and provide clear guidance and documentation on major matters pertaining to policies, plans and objectives.
