CANDELA CORPORATION – Wayland, MA (2001 – 2010) Leader in developing innovative new technologies for light-based aesthetic therapies. Clinical Nurse Manager (2006 – 2010) Provided support for the Western clinical Per Diem staff as they facilitated training for new and existing customers on the application of Candela products. Coordinated group trainings for per diem staff; created training materials, and documents. Participated in in- house approval of documentation while working with the FDA liaisons and quality assurance departments. Assisted customers and staff via the phone as clinical support; frequently collaborated with the sales and technical support departments with troubleshooting issues
