Daily Duties at Raytheon:

Originally hired as a Senior Auditor and eventually secured a position on the SAP implementation team after the internal audit function was outsourced to PWC. Served as Lead of the Finance, Accounts Receivable (AR) module, supervising 3 employees, that was responsible for implementing SAP – R/3 4.5B, at Raytheon Technical Services. Specific responsibilities included:  Assisted in the development, oversight and implementation of an accounting system to facilitate the implementation of an integrated accounting system for a 5 Billion aerospace company.  Coordinated efforts to identify and mapped information to understand the organization and processes.  Responded to specific requests and identified opportunities for changes to new business methodology.  Prepared the Business Blueprint for AR and Configuration Documentation for AR and Payroll modules.  Managed the preparation of the Business Process Procedures for AR and Payroll modules.  Successfully performed Unit and Integration testing for AR and SD modules.  Identified and resolved AR end user related problems.  Prepared the end user training manual for AR and SD modules.  Effectively developed an AR step-by-step reference sheet for each transaction code.  Assisted in the support efforts of the Go and Post live conditions.
