Daily Duties at Becoming:

Led complex consulting projects in healthcare business sector to effect whole systems change and improve patient, employee, and financial outcomes. Provided business process mapping and re-engineering facilitation for numerous processes within the healthcare systems including mapping “As-Is” and “To-Be” optimized processes. Facilitated numerous strategic planning sessions to develop organizational plans for business and revenue growth. Collaborated with team to design, develop, and deliver leadership development academy for major public-sector client. Knowledge and skills applied included content development, delivery methods, interactive design, and evaluation methods for the workshops/seminars.
