Daily Duties at Cympak, Inc:
- Leads, empower, develop a high-performance workforce. - Establishes milestones and process for evaluating solution and service readiness. - Ensures best-practices in financial management by thorough costing of infrastructure requirements, per SLA's, life-cycle management, and capital strategic planning. - Optimizes cost-effective operations by supporting service-based cost models, operating and capital budgets, analyzing, trending, setting and managing to ROI goals, and selecting /negotiating with major service/product vendors relevant to application infrastructure space. - Ensures that operations maintain legal and procedural compliance. - Partner with a diverse set of stake-holders and product management teams and develop technology recommendations to meet business and customer needs. - Act as an evangelist for the internet website platform across Kaiser Permanente's regions and lines of businesses. - Manage a diverse team of direct and indirect resources including potential of off-shore engineering teams. - Ensuring optimal cost, highly available, high performance and scalable development & production infrastructure. - Develop methodologies to manage systems performance and capacity for growth. - Partner with the Infrastructure Management Group to develop the Infrastructural components of the strategic technology roadmap. - Participate in the selection and timing of project or program investments based on the organization's strategic plan and available resources. - Review and assess technical projects for architecture budget, schedule and risks. - Develop and manage architecture related project plans. - Establish and sustain strong ongoing relationships with KP-IT and business partners. - Work closely with executive management, sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that projects align with company vision and expectations.
