Daily Duties at Genentech, Inc:
Clinical Specialist Develop and execute strategically targeted business plan focusing on sales results of an injectable biologic medication from launch phase. Manage concepts and complexities associated with specialty therapeutics; including specialty pharmacies, disease state, and market forces. Coordinate with account staff to facilitate medical coverage with health plans including United Health Care, Medica, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicare. Organize distribution, reimbursement, and administration of therapy in clinics, hospital pharmacies, and outpatient infusion centers including University of Minnesota, Hennepin County Medical Center, Park Nicollet, Allina, North Memorial, and MeritCare. *Sales Achievement Award 2003, 2004, 2006, & 2009 *#1 in Debit Card execution 2008 & 2009 *Regional Product Team, 2007-2008 *Field Reimbursement Preceptorship 2008 *Division Liaison for Coverage & Reimbursement *Division Lead for administration in hospital outpatient infusion centers *Patient Manager Champion for Division, 2005-2006
